Session 11 - A New Level of Life
Here we need to understand that education is the main thing needed to reach a decision to change and to implement the decision. Seeing things as we described in earlier sessions, resolving to relate to others in the ways that this course has been explaining, and working on this resolution within ourselves, requires a lot of work. And yet, it is the most important work there is. Now that the whole of humanity is entering this new era, we will have to make this adjustment on ourselves and become not only truly human but humane.
Being humane means that we are all parts of the human species, which is really a single entity (like a super organism) of which we are all parts. We hope that as integral education evolves, each of us will be able to see Nature's proofs that we are all interconnected together as one. Scientific research, life itself, and our development all point to our duty to make this needed correction. If all are convinced to join and participate in the needed integral education, the new knowledge acquired will help everyone change, so we may arrive at a better world.
Currently, we are at the threshold of this beautiful new world. The beauty of it is experienced as soon as one begins to connect with others, since then s/he begins to feel the new world and all of life, through the others. It is similar to what happens when I love my child, I seemingly experience life along with him. It is as if I am with him at school, with friends, and everywhere he goes. I enjoy what he enjoys and feel what he feels, and I think about him all the time.
Similarly, in the moment that I begin to connect to the entire world, I begin to receive an impression from the entire world, and suddenly that knowledge and that feeling reaches me, that is in every human in the world. I will suddenly feel and know what all the people in the world know. Thus I can expand my life so much so, that I no longer live within me, but within all, and I'll stop living inside my self, and will begin to live in everyone else. And at that point, I'll be able to touch the eternal point within me, to the extent that I am are integrated in everyone else, in the system of mutual guarantee.

When we feel everyone in a system of mutual guarantee, we reach a new level of life—a life outside the corporeal level.
- Education is the key; it will gradually bring a change in the relationship to others.

"Thoughts and feelings affect each other..." there is a false division between thinking and feeling."

Thought can generate incoherence and thought can also generate habits and habitual behaviour. Bohm saw thought as a system, a set of connected things or parts.
